Due to an increasing demand for plasterboard products in the Vietnamese market, Rondo recently established a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and aligned with three Distributors to service the region.

Vietnam has a total population of 86 million and is the 13th most popular country in the world, with the plasterboard market doubling in size in just two years, between 2008 and 2010. The Vietnam Market is broken up into 3 regions with 10 territories, including the North regions (Hanoi), central Vietnam and South Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh).

Since opening at the end of 2010, Rondo has penetrated the main Vietnam market, Ho Chi Minh, where the brand is well recognised and considered as a high end quality manufacturer of performance rated systems.

Rondo sales and technical personnel are currently located at the Vietnam office, and they are further supported by the Rondo Technical Sales department situated in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Rondo products are currently supplied from Rondo’s Malaysian manufacturing facility – allowing the Vietnam representative office to function as a customer relations division.

The Vietnam market has an estimated growth tripling its current demand in the next 10 years, allowing Rondo to provide leading product and technical design solutions to more upcoming projects.
