When selecting your Sound-Rated Access Panel from Rondo, it is helpful to know that the quoted size for each panel indicates the actual opening size to be cut into the ceiling or wall lining.

Rondo produces 530x530mm Sound Rated Access Panel which is equivalent to a “nominal” 600x600mm opening size. These will fit between both ceiling and wall framing members without the necessity to either cut back the framing or have to reposition it with the potential to compromise the span of the lining board.

By using this panel, contractors can be more cost-effective by ordering an off the shelf size and not having to spend time onsite cutting back or repositioning the framing.
