The main hotel tower was finished in July 2007 and the resort officially opened on August 28 2007. Construction on Parcels 5 and 6 of The Venetian which consists of four towers – St Regis, Shangri-La, Traders and Sheraton was put on hold in November 2008.
Rondo’s Walkabout system has been used in 30,000m2 of the Venetian’s Casino area. The use of Rondo’s KEY-LOCK® system allowed for the sky ceiling to be suspended (such as above the food court shown in the photo below) and created a unique and exciting atmosphere within each area.
