Centre Court North Ryde surrounds a shared services core with interconnecting bridges and two more adjacent multi-story buildings. The total floor span is in excess of 75,000 square metres.

Builders Baulderstone Hornibrook, commissioned Brighton Australia, a major commercial contractor and Rondo customer for base building work and for the complete fit-out of offices for the major tenant, Optus. This sub contract is valued in excess of $20 million and includes everything from the suspended ceilings of which Rondo supplied the steel tile splines; glass partitioning, polycarbonate clad partitions, operable walls, plasterboard drywall partitions, plasterboard screw up ceilings, bulkheads and the eventual painting of the internal finishes.

Rondo played a large role in supplying the project with our Keylock ceiling system to over 15,000 square metres of ceilings as well as over 8,000 lineal metres of bulkheads. Rondo steel studs were also chosen as the framing of choice for the plasterboard walls, spanning over 40,000 square metres in total.
