Ronald Mcdonald Welcomes You To Their Home

03/08/2020

The Ronald McDonald House Charities is an independent, not for profit organisation dedicated to help seriously ill children and their families when they need it the most. Since the first house opened in 1981, the amazing organisation has helped over 65,000 families and at least 1 in 8 Australians have been helped, or know someone who has used one of their programs on offer.

There are a total of 13 houses across Australia, with approximately 250 families sleeping in the houses each night. Rondo in South Australia has dedicated a lot of time to help the RMHC in Adelaide remodel to create more facilities and easier access for the children and families in need. Based in Melbourne St in North Adelaide, the multi-story residence is situated right next to the Women’s and Children’s Hospital for convenience.

The project had utilised a various range of Rondo products, including Stud and Track, DUO® Concealed Grid System and PANTHER® Access Panels to name a few. Rondo generously donated many of these products to this amazing charity, part FOC and part subsidised. With the official opening in May 2011, this house that lends a hand to thousands of struggling families is sure to continue to make a difference.
