Terms and Conditions

* Open to Australian residents only, 18 years and over.  

* Each entrant must enter the competition via social post Instructions outlined in the promotional post, to be eligible for the major & minor prizes.

* Winners are chosen at random, dependent that all criteria items are met.

RONDO'S 2025 INSPIRE® CHRISTMAS COMPETITION 

* Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

* Loss, damage or theft of prizes, via delivery, pick up or electronic delivery (email) are not replaceable. 

* To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

*By participating in this contest, participants agree to acknowledge that the contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, nor associated with Instagram, and release Instagram from any responsibility regarding the contest.

*The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize.​

*In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

*The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

*The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.

*A random Prize draw will be conducted at the Promoter's head office on 16/12/2025 at 12:00pm.

*The major prize draw will randomly select one (1) Entrant, which will receive:

• 1x Yeti Roadie® 48 Wheeled Hard Cooler

*The minor prize draw will randomly select four (4) Entrants, each of whom will receive one (1) of the following prizes:

• 1x Apple Airpods Pro 3

• 1x Apple Watch SE 3

• 1x SkullCandy Krusher Headphones

• 1x Yeti Rambler® One Gallon Jug (3.8L)

*Entrants are eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize in the Giveaway. If an Entrant is drawn more than once, a new draw will be conducted to determine an alternative winner.

*A total of 5 winners will be selected over the duration of the competition period.

*Entrants will receive one (1) entry for each giveaway post in which they submit a correct answer. Only one (1) eligible entry can be earned per post, and multiple submissions of the same correct answer on a single post will be counted as one (1) entry only.

*As one (1) eligible entry can be earned per post, only the first comment made by each participant will be counted. Any additional comments will be ineligible.

*Each entrant can earn up to seven (7) entries in total for the entire giveaway, one for each of the seven (7) riddle posts —provided all riddles are answered correctly.

*The Winner's will be notified via Instagram direct message, our Instagram story, and during our Instagram live.

**Entrants acknowledge that the promoter will take no responsibility if a Winner's details are incorrect or incomplete and the Winner cannot be contacted.

*The total prize pool is valued at $1950 AUD approx.

*The Rondo INSPIRE® Christmas Competition will run from the 3/12/2025 to 15/12/2025 (11:59am), any entries outside of this period will not be valid.
